We're hiring a Quality Coordinator to join our team in Jundiai – São Paulo!
What we will need from you
· Bachelor's Degree preferred in Business, Finance, or related field
· + 08 years of significant experience quality control
· +0 2 years of leadership experience
· +01 years of auditing experience, preferably ISO, Six Sigma, etc
· Experience of project management and it concepts
· Strong Knowledge of Quality Control tools, Lean manufacturing AND VDA 6.3 (is a plus)
· Proficiency in Microsoft Office tools, especially Excel
· Written and spoken proficiency in English
What are your main responsibilities
· Assist in the development, refinement, implementation and maintenance of Siemens's best practices for quality and consistency initiatives, systems and processes
· Remain in compliance with regulations, conduct audits, and examine the process for opportunities of improvement
· Coordinate activities on the manufacturing floor as related to maintaining and improving product and process quality
· Assist in investigation of trends in nonconformances and customer complaints
· Conduct and document compliance/management audits, and self-assessments at the facility to ensure compliance and Siemens specific regulations
· Report disciplinarily to the general manager of business in Brazil and functionally to the head of quality in Germany
· Coordinate electrical testing field activities, being responsible for routine activities, resource definition, investments, cost tracking, maintenance and safety with electricity (NR10)
· Coordinate after sales activities, in and out of warranty activities, performing critical deviations analysis, as well as definition of action plan with customers and activities in the field through service sales and / or equipment repairs
· Management of disciplinary team
