This is a role well suited to an ambitious professional, looking for the next step in their career. As a Laboratory Technician 1, you will be responsible for :

·  Purification of specified components via liquid chromatography in a clean room environment. Some typical tasks will include
·  Buffer and chromatography column preparation
·  Maintaining a legible and accurate batch record according to proper GMP
·  Routine audit of fellow operator's batch records
·  Completion of all necessary training activities. This position includes the handling of all types of materials, including hazardous and DEA (Drug Enforcement Agency) controlled materials.

Required skills to have for the success of this role

·  Bachelor's Degree in Life Sciences or equivalent
·  Legible handwriting
·  Exceptional Mathematical background
·  Attention to detail
·  Multitasking skills
·  Must pass a Drug Enforcement Agency (DEA) background check.
