What are my job description?
· Provides administrative support to the Team in developing various projects
· To provide support to Team for meeting arrangement and travel arrangement
· Maintain and update the project records and prepare project documents
· To reply queries to internal customer and resolve problem
· Prepare training equipment
· Any ad hoc duties assigned by the superior
How can I qualify for the role?
· Bachelor's degree with proven relevant office administration experience (at least 3 years)
· Good command of spoken and written English
· Good in presentation skills
· Must be IT savvy and proficient in Microsoft Office applications especially Microsoft Word and Excel
· Have good time management skill and could multi-tasking
· A good team player
· Familiarity with booking flights, handling travel documents requirements
