The Smart Infrastructure Division offers a broad portfolio of grid control and automation; low- and medium-voltage power distribution, switching and control; and building automation, fire safety and security, HVAC control and energy solutions. The portfolio is balanced across products, systems, solutions and a full range of services.

The Product Standards Expert is responsible for guiding and supporting the R&D of Future Grid worldwide in terms of applicable standards relevant for the different product.

What are my responsibilities?

Responsible to steer R&D and Product management regarding upcoming standards;

Advice Project Management about relevant standards;

Define strategy how to deal with standards and upcoming standards and participate in important working groups regarding future standards;

Implement relevant topics in the PLM process;

Coordinate and steer all activities regarding product standards within the unit Future Grid.

What do I need to qualify for this job?

Academic background;

System experience in products within the Future Grid area (e.g. Converter systems, Cabinets, SW applications, power distribution, etc.);

Experience in PLM processes;

Overall network skill;

Communication and collaboration experience cross country;

Strategic judgment, initiative, analytics skills and customer focus.
