Process Associate - Purchase to Pay

Job description

• You are a Graduate from Finance / Accounts background
• You are responsible for processing invoices from Third party Customer/Inter company
• You should achieve agreed customer service levels and performance metrics associated with Invoice processing 
• You will work closely with Buyers/Front Office/Invoice Processing/Cash Management/Master Data to drive towards solutions
• Should have good verbal and written communication skills and analytical skills
• Should have good proficiency in MS Office packages like Word, Excel, Power point
• You are someone flexible to work on night or early morning shifts
• You will be responsible for month end closing activities, if any for your relevant responsible areas
• Should have experience in handling critical issues and monitor them till closure
• Should be able to monitor process & raise EWS as & when observed
