The role includes managing the contract administration of Research Collaboration projects between Siemens Healthineers and luminary customers across Asia Pacific  (Japan, Korea, India, Australia, New Zealand, and south East Asia (ASEAN Countries) as well as supporting other related administrative tasks (e.g. organization of internal meetings, research workshops with collaboration partners and other activities involving regional Key Opinion Leaders (KOLs).

To strengthen our Asia-Pacific Scientific Research Collaborations Team, Siemens Healthineers is looking for a Collaboration Administrator, to keep Contract documentation up to date in the Contract Archive and provide administrative support to the Collaboration Managers .

The role includes managing the contract administration of Research Collaboration projects between Siemens Healthineers and luminary customers across Asia Pacific  (Japan, Korea, India, Australia, New Zealand, and south East Asia (ASEAN Countries) as well as supporting other related administrative tasks (e.g. organization of internal meetings, research workshops with collaboration partners and other activities involving regional Key Opinion Leaders (KOLs).
Concrete tasks and responsibilities:

Harmonization and management of an internal contract template repository covering all contractual modalities in coordination with the legal departments from the individual countries.

Management of Contract Archive tool/CoMfor tool (contract management tool) , including contract register creation, contract upload, milestone update, deliverable upload and status update before and after project completion.

Manages the creation and internal release of regional speaker agreements, regional reference site agreements and other support agreements with regional KOLs

Manages internal/external workshop organization (this may include workshops with collaboration partners and workshops with KOLs)

Manages and update Asia-Pacific  collaborations data including the topics that related to research sites, research projects, research activities.

Support Head of Science and Collaboration in APC in internal and external communication activities.

Ensure that all communication topics are aligned across the APC collaboration team and communication updates are cascaded within the APC collaboration communities.

Ensure transparency and proper documentation according to our internal regulations in preparation for internal operational reviews or external audits.

Monitor events, project timelines and ensures that the deadlines are adhered for communication project according to defined project KPIs within APC DI.

Additional back-office administrative tasks related with research collaboration activities in the region.
Your qualifications – solid and appropriate

Sound experience in working in international multinational companies in functions requiring intensive interdepartmental interactions and proven intercultural sensitivity.

Excellent command of standard office IT tools at advanced user level (MS Office Word, Outlook, Excel, Power Point, Adobe Acrobat, etc.)

Excellent communication skills in English, spoken and written, as well as any other major languages from APC region is a plus. Should demonstrate excellent verbal and business writing

Excellent organizational skills, process orientation, and attention to detail; while creative at looking for agreed solutions to unspecific problems through interpersonal communication.

Experience working in a Multi cultural, exposure to Asia Pacific application processes, legal and or compliance training is highly desirable.
