Part Time Working Student (Project Commercial Specialist)

Job description

For our SI DG Business unit, we are looking for a Part-time Commercial Specialist to support order & project management group.

What are my responsibilities?

• Take commercial responsibility in project execution in line with PM@Siemens Guidelines
• Maintain conformity of a project with commercial rules, standards and related law
• Classify and control project costs, execute cost analysis with PM
• Prepare and present project commercial data for commercial and financial audit purposes
• Manage all project insurances as well as currency risks and opportunities of the project
• Manage L/C procedures with customers, banks and respective Siemens departments (i.e. Treasury)
• Follow-up guarantees, bonds, accruals, accounting documents and all receivables
• Manage and report project financial results

What do I need to qualify for this job?

• 3rd or 4th year undergraduate student or master student in faculty of Management / Business Administration or a related area.
• Able to work min.2,5 days/week during winter time, 3-4 days/week during summer time.
• Good command of written and spoken English.
• Strong coordination and communication skills.
• Flexible and good team player.
• Result orientation with strong analytical thinking.
• Open minded and highly collaborative
