Job description

What are your responsibilities for this role?

1. According to the MRP result calculate and processing the planed order and purchasing order.
2. Assure the material available on time for production, adjust the delivery schedule according to the MRP result and real demand.
3. Provide forecast to supplier.
4. Monitor Control and analyze the stock level and turn rate, monitor the performance of supplier.
5. Contributes to implementation and ensure usage of globally defined sourcing model,E-supply, processes and systems to ensure high process effiency and processes compliance.
6. Executes Supplier Management processes(e.g. evaluation).
7. Coordinate to solve vendor Payment issues.
8. Release RMA return PO.

How do you need to qualify for this role?

Bachelor degree or above in international trade or related subject.

Minimum 3 years experience in supply chain management, working on purchasing operation and supplier management.
Basic knowledge in international trading. 
Advanced  knowledge in ERP system (SAP) 
Advanced skill in Microsoft office (excel, PowerPoint, word)
