岗位名称 ：汽车下线测试系统现场经理

业务范围：四轮定位，转毂，驾驶辅助，电检诊断等项目的现场执行和管理

岗位职责：

1）负责汽车测试台项目、电检诊断项目的现场执行和管理

2） 负责项目设备安装指导与监控，任务分配，进程管理，现场物料存储与管理，现场 EHS管理，特种作业监控，现场供应商管理，必要的客户沟通与澄清等

3）主导项目问题点的现场解决

4）对项目状态与问题，及时反馈项目经理

区别：更多的马路车间和项目现场的管理，安装指导，工作分配，进度，物料供应商管理

看懂电气，机械，气动图纸，管理经验，更多的是处理具体问题的能力，贴合设备本身，吊车叉车，手续，对技术要求稍高

出差相对于项目经理会更多，时间段会更多，设备安装之前之中，调试完可以不出差

英语：读写OK，口语不要求

薪资比PM更低

技能要求：

1）丰富的现场管理经验

2）能适应长期出差

3）能读懂设备图纸

4）能自主处理现场问题

5）良好的现场管理能力

其他要求：

1）汽车装备行业，若有测试台经验者优先

2）有设备安装经验者优先

Job title : EOL system Site Manager

Business scope: Wheel Alignment, Rolling Road, Drive assistant, Diagnose system and so on.

Job Responsibility:

1) Responsible for site execution and site management of the EOL test rig projects and diagnose projects

2) Responsible for the guidance and supervision of equipment installation, task assignment, progress management, stock and management of site materials, EHS management on site, special works supervision, supplier management on site, necessary communication and clarification with customer, and so on

3) Lead the project problems solving on site

4) Report the project's status and problems to relative project manager in time

Skill Required:

1) Experienced in site management

2) Capable for long term business travel

3) Workable on equipment drawings

4) Self-driven to solve site problems

5) Good site management capability

Other Requirement:

1) Automobile equipment filed, experienced in EOL test rigs will be prior

2) Experienced in installation will be prior
