What are my responsibilities?

 - To fulfill the purchasing function in Indirect Material, may cover the range of marketing & 

 communication, corporate service, office supplies and others as required;

 - To understand purchasing policy and communicate with end user;

 - To analyze user requirement and source for right suppliers;

 - To negotiate the best price, terms & conditions for the designated product and service;

 - Order preparation / follow up and filing as required.

  

What do I need to qualify for this job?

 - University graduate with at least 3 yrs purchasing experience;

 - Proficiency in Windows OS and MS Office, better with experience in SAP/Oracle;

 - Good communication and negotiation skill, fluent in Chinese.

 - Strong personal integrity and work ethics.
