1.Responsible for related commodity(ESN) to come to agreement, price negotiations for small volumes, to contribute to the profitability of the company.
 2.ranslating requirements for small PVO indirect material and services into procurement requests, release orders and also monitoring the ordering and delivery process of suppliers, in order to garantee timely & availability.
 3.Support Group leader and following Procurement strategies, to ensure the long-term, cost-effective supply of indirect materials.
 4.Monitoring the national market, to bring new suppliers, product derivatives, and product innovations into the purchasing portfolio.
 5.Participating in working groups, to inform oneself and others about the product/supplier requirement and to exert influence accordingly.
 6.Good communication skills and teamwork spirit.
 7.Good at English
 8.Technical background
