This position will be within the Quality Control Services team and assist with inventory support. 

Job includes the handling of all types of materials, including hazardous and DEA (Drug Enforcement Agency) controlled materials.  The successful candidate must pass a DEA background check

This is a role well suited to an ambitious professional, looking for the next step in their career. As a Material Working Operator , you will be responsible for :  

· 
Participating in the planning, scheduling, and monitoring of the movement of materials through the production cycle. 

· 
Participating in determining material requirements.

· 
Providing basic clerical support to purchasing and materials management in data entry, filing, and coordinating paper flow.

· 
Responding to inquiries relating to packing lists and shipping instruction.

· 
Compiling and maintaining records such as time, date, quantity, source and destination of materials received or shipped; inputting data into shipping and/or purchasing systems; preparing charts and reports from purchasing-related databases.

· 
Participating in inventory audits on a regular basis to detect discrepancies.

· 
Interpreting documented rules, past practices, or instruction with assistance as needed.

· 
Effectively identifying problems as they occur and taking appropriate steps to report them.
These jobs are subject wholly or in part to standardized practices and procedures, general work instructions, and supervision of progress and results. 

  Required skills to have for the success of this role

· 
High School Diploma or GED.

· 
0-3 years’ experience

· 
Good time management and organizational skills

· 
Some PC and software application skills

· 
Good interpersonal and communication skills

· 
Must pass a DEA (Drug Enforcement Agency) background check
