Maintenance Sales Representative

About the Role

The successful candidate will be part of our Sales department and responsible for renewing, up-selling and closing of maintenance/license contracts (mostly in Spain and Portugal), with the following responsibilities:

·  Increase renewal sales for assigned region or accounts.
·  Maintain constant and closer collaboration with direct and indirect sales and customer success teams and different teams inside the company
·  Educate customers on business practices and associated contractual implications.
·  Ensure customer awareness and understanding of applicable product elements. Must meet sales objectives such as quota and productivity requirements.

Your Profile

·  Fluent Spanish and English
·  Experience in software contract renewals
·  Strong experience with Excel report building and PowerPoint presentations is mandatory; Salesforce, SAP good to have.
·  Good knowledge in software products and maintenance contracts will be a plus
·  Ability to identify possible roadblocks to customer longevity
·  Ability to engage with various levels of contacts over the phone
·  Strong customer orientation, communication skills, enthusiasm and persuasion skills
·  Focused on results and quality, with strong decision-making ability and organizational skills
·  Open to travel and flexibility (15%)
