What you need to make real what matters.

·  MBA with 10+ years of experience
·  You have 6+ Years of experience and expertise in Agile/ Lean transformation, Process / Quality Consulting and coaching teams using Scrum, Kanban and Agile/ Lean Methods/techniques, CMMi, Quality Management Topics
·  You have played roles like enterprise or team agile coach, Scrum Master, Product Owner, Quality Manager / Process Consultant
·  You have hands on experience in agile engineering practices like TDD, BDD, CI/CD, DevOps and product quality topics
·  You possess excellent facilitation, presentation and communication skills
