We are looking for enthusiasts that want to design and deliver hospital operations management solutions enabled by real-time digital technology and consulting to transform hospitals into highly efficient organizations with the human element in mind.

This is a role well suited to an ambitious professional, looking for the next step in their career. As an IT Solutions Architect , you will be responsible for :

·  Understand the customer requirements and translate into digital/IT patient journey solutions
·  Engage with customer IT counterparts to design complex digital process management solutions and cockpits
·  Ensure a secure and performance solution design including network, databases, connectivity to 3 rd party IT solution, hardware, serviceability and information security
·  Design and ensure data integration from different sources (IT systems and other sources of data)
·  Support the implementation and testing of the solution

·  Background and experience in architecting, designing and building complex IT solutions
·  Excellent knowledge of IT infrastructure components
·  Solid knowledge of Healthcare IT systems (HIS, middleware, etc.) along with IT security
·  Experience in the US healthcare market as well as experience in explaining complex technical solutions to non-experts
·  Effective presentation skills
·  Strong collaboration and team skills

Required skills to have for the success of this role

·  Bachelor’s Degree in computer sciences or engineering; ideal candidates will have a MSc
·  Preferred candidates will have 5+ years of professional experience in the healthcare industry
·  Knowledge in project visualization tools, i.e. MS Visio
·  Additional language skills are considered a plus, i.e. Spanish
·  Ability to travel up to 40%
