This is a role well suited to an ambitious professional, looking for the next step in their career. As a IT Business Analyst, you will be responsible for :

* Understanding business needs and identifying how best to meet those needs.

* This includes working with business and technology areas to gather requirements for development and management.

* The BA analyzes, validates and documents business and system requirements

* Develops user stories for sprints based on epics / feature

* Develop comprehensive requirement specifications that will determine the estimate of cost, time and resources to deploy solutions

* Liaise with the service development team to suggest a high-level functional solution in the area of PLM/SCM (primary reagent manufacturing)

* Ensure that relevant stakeholders are involved in specification of new services and/or major upgrades to existing services

* Provide consulting services of the software solution and processes based on best practices

* Lead and implement projects for LE CoE in the area of PLM/SCM (especially where domain knowledge is needed)

* Work closely with the business and IT BRM organization and the respective LE CoCs

* Develops deep understanding of business processes and proactively suggests innovative technology solutions that lead to continuous business process improvement

* Ensures compliance to Q, ISEC and DP regulations

Required skills to have for the success of this role

* Advanced presentation and communication skills (Both oral and written) Business Requirements

* Analysis and process mapping along with experience with LEAN/Agile methodologies

* 3-5 Years' experience in Enterprise IT Organization, large/complex IT project implementations, and working with business processes

* Project Management and Requirements Engineering experience

* Fluent in English and willing to travel up to 10% of time

Pluses would include advanced degree in IT and or Business, experience working with Healthcare, Certification in PM or RE, German language
