Your challenge will be…

·  Automation of data center processes
·  Knowledge of best practices in the SAP and/or Databases and/or Web servers and/or Server-based Computing
·  Databases (Oracle, MS SQL Server, MySQL, SAP HANA)
·  Web servers (Apache HTTP Server, Apache Tomcat, Java, MS IIS)
·  Server-based Computing (Citrix, MS Remote Desktop Services)
·  Analysis, development and optimization of infrastructure applications e.g. UC4, xprint, EOL
·  Application negotiations in alignment with all stakeholders. 
·  Perform architecture support and design of infrastructure applications
·  Design production infrastructure applications based on best practice technical specifications, principles and practices
·  Develop global infrastructure applications architecture functional specifications, standards and processes
·  Develop global infrastructure applications roadmaps, function, features and benefits analysis
·  Gather customer demand requirements and develop functional, technical or process solutions commensurate

·       Excellent presentation and communication skills

·       Ability to translate business demand and requirements into technical solutions

·       End-to-end responsibility and ability to resolve complicated technical issues

·       Lead incident and problem management efforts related to Major Incidents and Root Cause Analysis

·  Proficient in English is a must and basic German is considered a plus
·  Have a basic knowledge in Infrastructure backend architecture (servers, storage units)
·  Basic knowledge in cloud environments and Microsoft Office products
·  Quality assurance relating to deliverables from third parties i.e. IT Providers and Vendor sub-contractors.
·  Familiar with IT outsourcing contracts, SLA and critical metric, license policies, charging models, etc.
·  Soft Skills (Communication and Relationship management):
·  Phenomenal teammate and enjoy working in a multi-functional team
·  Proficient in English is a must and basic German is considered a plus

This position can be located in Lisbon or Madrid , depending on the candidate's preference.
