You will Implement and establish tools to achieve continuous improvement in all processes. Promoting the usage of lean manufacturing tools in order to generate tangible benefits for the company and internal customers

Primary responsibilities:

·  Support of Continuous Improvement projects according to Perfect Execution
·  Manage and control of key indicators that reflects continuous improvement
·  Lead Tactics, or projects focused on reduce waste in any department.
·  VSM experienced
·  Layout
·  Kaizen
·  Design on working stations
·  Administration of Lean Trainings

Required Knowledge/Skills, Education, and Experience:

·  Career Industrial Engineer, Mechatronic Engineer or related career.
·  3 to 5 year of proven experience Industrial Engineering
·  Advanced Knowledge in Six Sigma or Lean Manufacturing
·  Advanced English
·  Mandatory Green or Black Belt Certification
