Manage modality specific image quality cases to ensure customer satisfaction through frequent interaction and communication with the Remote Support Center, Factory Image Quality team, Factory R&D, and local service support groups for AXA (angiography/cardiac). Support customers and field to ensure achievements of the RSC's performance goals. Responsible for the handling, analysis and case management of customer and/or internally driven image quality issues. Utilization of experience and communication skills to collect, review and evaluate large quantities of patient images; assess appropriate image quality or reasons for lack thereof and communicate directly with internal and external customers - often at the radiologist/Physician level - to drive closure. Will need to be able to travel out of the assigned area as scheduled by the Sr. Image Quality Manager in order to meet obligations of customer contracts and to respond to customer needs.

REQUIRED Knowledge/Skills, Education, and Experience:

· Minimum 6 years' experience working with Siemens Angiography equipment and evaluating Angiography imaging

· Fundamental knowledge of image processing techniques

· Good communication skills

· Bachelor's degree preferred.
