As part of Siemens Enterprise Transformation & Advisory Services, advise and assist the advisory team in using Siemens product portfolio, tools and services, and help drive efficiency and effectiveness in hospital processes, including improving quality while reducing cost.

Responsibilities:
* Analyzeand transformcustomer raw data extractsinto measurable KPIs to support and drive process improvement.

* Develop new project-driven visual graphics and KPIs within the Business Intelligence tool set in association with the clinical consultant’s project goals.

* Assist customers in acquiring the needed data to complete the project.

* Manage multiple datasets and databases throughout customer projects.

* Develop and test new tools to streamline the data analysis efforts within the team in collaboration with HQ resources.

* Support the Business Intelligence tools and data sets at live customer sites.

* Conduct periodic status checks with project leads to assess progress against plan, to successfully meet the goals of the engagement.

* Assist with routine project activities or specific assignments performed at customers’ site.

* Assist in project management with the Advisory Services team.

* Prepare weekly status reports on all project activities. May assist in pre-sales support activities as needed.

* Work closely with the local Siemens team, including direct interaction with clients.

RequiredKnowledge/Skills, Education, and Experience:
* Travel required; 20%
* Strong communication skills, verbal and written
* Understanding of changing healthcare informatics landscape

* Understanding of how technology (medical, IT, etc.) enables processes and helps improve patient care delivery workflow
* Previous experience in healthcare IT preferred.
* Ability to analyze complex healthcare environments, workflow, processes, and outcomes (clinical, operational and financial) as it relates to data analytics.

* Flexibility to learn and become an expert in any and all new software that will assist the Advisory Services team

Required Qualifications:
* Bachelor’s Degree in Computer Science, or Business Administration,or related field
* Demonstrates an applied understanding of analytics, database management, and technology

PreferredKnowledge/Skills, Education, and Experience
* Advanced Degree in Computer Science or Health Informatics

* Project management experience

* Microsoft SQL or equivalent database experience

* Business Intelligence Software

* 3-5 years experience in a modern programming language (Python, R, Java, etc.)

General Requirements
Job FamilyResponsibilities:

Works on all-size projects, usually with multiple computer environments where design is most complex. Supports analysis of customer's data requirements and application objectives; develops an application design in products to meet the team's needs. Performs analysis of the customer data exports in support of the onsite team. Prepares weekly status reports on all project activities. May guide customer IT analysts in producing adequate data exports.

Education:

BS/BA in related discipline, or advanced degree, where required, or equivalent combination of education and experience. Certification may be required in some areas.

Knowledge and Experience:

Demonstrates extensive knowledge in field of specialization or multiple disciplines to the successful completion of complex assignments. Successfully serves as point of authority and/or source oftechnical/scientific knowledge for area of expertise. Typically 5+ years of successful experience in related field and successful demonstration of KeyResponsibilities and Knowledge as presented above. Advanced degree MAY be substituted for experience, where applicable.

Key WorkingRelationships:

Acts as advisor to the Advisory Team on advanced technical matters. Represents the company as an external contact.
