Financial Analyst – Global Zone Finance FPA

We are looking for a new colleague in the area of Finance who could support the team with such activities as cross-charging and commissioning fees' activities, as well as reconciliation and reporting activities. This person will be responsible for collecting, analysing and summarizing data to be able to track, review and report accordingly.

The role:

As part of our continuing growth in our EMEA Region, we are looking for an enthusiastic, highly motivated candidate to fill a vacancy for the global role of Financial Analyst – Global Zone Finance FPA.

The key responsibilities are:

·  and MSPH depth structure
·  Calculate cross-charging amount considering latest Forecast
·  Initiate invoicing process: provide amounts and account information to local RC contact
·  Track and control monthly charges
·  Summarize commission amount and provide information to RC for invoicing
·  Collect revenue and order entry data per customer
·  Compare and review against contracted services
·  Report on customer revenue and billing
·  Compile revenue and order entry data reports
·  Support standard KPI reporting
·  Report on partner led revenue and billing
·  Initiate partner referral fee payouts as required

Qualifications :

·Young professional with proven track of record of working in a finance or accounting related area

·Knowledge of SAP and salesforce.com is required

·Microsoft Office skills are essential, proficient skills in Excel/ PowerPoint – and related plug-ins/ tools are necessary

·Transfer pricing knowledge is of advantage

·Experiences with Essbase amd Dynasight would be of benefit

·Communication skills and ability to support all levels of hierarchy

·Ability to analyse data and provide understanding, guidance and support

·Used to working to meet deadlines

·Ability to organise and prioritise

·Proactivity and individual responsibility and initiative
