Help us shape the future. You will be leading Business Development & Operations of EHS SITRUST Training Centre in Kalwa, developing the Training Center into a Center of Competence for EHS.

·  You are involved in Internal & External market identification, penetration, development & pricing and have experience in Stakeholder, including, Customer Relations Management and order management including continuous growth.
·  You have experience in Order intake and Turnover as per agreed business targets
·  You have showcased Profitability as per agreed business targets, managed Payables & Receivables as per agreed business targets
·  You have maintained Budgeting & Control (with support from BA) and are responsible for continuous development of training contents & modules in-house/through service provider
·  You are responsible for Planning, Scheduling & conducting of training programs in-house/through service provider, also responsible for Interfacing and management of training service providers
·  You are responsible for Reporting & Controlling - Monthly MIS as per agreed KPIs within 7th.of every month with support from BA and responsible for compliance to all applicable statutory, EHS regulations in the training center (with support from BA)

·  You are a Graduate/Postgraduate, with engineering background or specialization in relevant fields (e.g. Safety, education, communications, general administration, sales & marketing) and experience in working with management systems.
·  You have 10 to 12 years of experience with at-least 2 years of site related experience in relevant business, and Project management experience will also be an added advantage.
·  You are a standout colleague and excellent leader with good interpersonal skills.
·  You bring strong experience in Leadership, Execution, Coaching & Developing, Driving Innovation and Building Networks and partnerships
