• Coordinate with the RMO /PM/ PE and service Engineers for implementing EHS at site as per Siemens standards.
• Conduct EHS Trainings for every person across the region including the subcontractors.
• Submission of Monthly EHS Dashboard & Q EHS report to the Top Management.
• Record and Analyze the Unsafe Conditions, Near Misses and incidents at site and report the same in the Q EHS Report.
• Conducting site visits/audits for evaluating the QEHS performance by Siemens and contractors at project sites.
• Coordinating with the projects and service for implementing the legal requirements.
• Coordinating with Projects team for regional safety meetings at site.
• Meeting with subcontractors for ensuring improvements in EHS performances at sites.
