Location: Warsaw

What are my responsibilities?

What do I need to qualify for this job?

· 
You will be responsible for maintaining and improving the Compliance System in Central Eastern Europe and Turkey with direct responsibility for Poland, the Czech Republic and Slovakia

· 
Acting as trusted advisor of the zone, country and local management/teams on all Compliance related topics

· 
Proactively creating awareness for anticipating and mitigating Compliance risks

· 
Ensuring implementation of guidelines and regulations and execution of the operational Compliance Processes as well as Compliance controls in Poland, Czech Republic and Slovakia

· 
Contributing to the set-up and continuous improvement of the Compliance System

· 
Ensuring continuous knowledge exchange with Compliance colleagues in other regions and the headquarter

· 
Conducting Compliance Trainings

· 
Supporting Compliance investigations and audits

· 
Supporting special task assigned by the responsible Head of Compliance, e.g. contributing on specific compliance topics

· 
Data Privacy Coordinator for Poland and Czech Republic, local support for Group Data Privacy Officer

· 
University degree or an equivalent combination of education and experience

· 
Professional experience in Compliance, Business Ethics and/ or an operative business function in an international company of at least 3 years

· 
Strong leadership, interpersonal and team work skills, ability to be a trusted partner of the management

· 
Excellent business acumen; knowledge of the Healthcare business is a plus

· 
Ability to communicate efficiently also across borders and virtually

· 
Excellent Polish&English language skills

· 
Language skills in a Slavic language, like Czech or Slovak is a plus

· 
Readiness to travel within the countries of responsibility and occasionally to other countries for management meetings
