The Challenge

We have a number of different exciting commercial opportunities in our Lincoln office, you will be asked to specify in your application which roles you would like to be considered for:

Sales Support Intern - Assist the Sales Managers in the day to day performance of their roles, interfacing with customers with a focus on delivery. Be involved in writing and maintaining department processes and will take on primary roles in driving forward improvement initiatives within the Marketing and Sales organisation which will contribute to increasing order entry and market growth. The successful candidate should be willing to challenge the existing way of working, bringing their own ideas and experiences.

Projects Support Intern - In these roles you will assist the teams which are responsible for the global project management execution both technically and commercially via Siemens Regional Entities and direct to the end user customers. You will be responsible for projects from sales handover to end of warranty, with focus on customer satisfaction and on time delivery. You will also be required to develop and manage a portfolio of improvement projects.

Long Term Programme (LTP) Sales Support Intern - The Long Term Programme sales team are a dynamic team of contract sales managers responsible for the sale of LTP products for our customers globally. During your internship you will be involved in developing and maintaining departmental tools and processes - interfacing with internal departments and customers. You will assist in the end to end commercialization of new LTP products, acting as an interface between the LTP sales team and the product commercialization team as well as assisting the sales managers with their day to day business and projects on a case by case basis.

Project Management Intern - To work within matrix project teams, principally assisting Project Managers coordinating several internal and external global projects ranging between £1-30M. The PM and the assigned team are responsible for projects from sales handover to end of warranty, therefore will assist in activities involving contracts, planning, claims, engineering, commercial, site support, risk identification/mitigation, quality, document control, and reporting.
