What will you do?

·  Execute the point to point verification of the control components to ensure their proper operation.
·  Execute the system instruments adjustment and calibration according to the operational procedures provided.
·  Interact with the HVAC systems in order to maintain good operation during and after calibration
·  Execute the verification and adjustment of fume hood control systems
·  Work with other employees, companies or external service providers or vendors
·  Through detailed service reports, document the work executed, issues resolved etc.
·  Advise Account Engineer on equipment required and time estimation for replacement parts following service visits
·  Participate in service turnover on assigned jobs
What will you need to succeed?

·  Requires professional level diploma (DEP) or equivalent combination of education and related practical experience in building mechanics, instrumentation and control or related area
·  Minimum of 1 year of technical experience in building automation is preferred
·  Good communication skills - verbal and written
·  French: Very good knowledge spoken and written
·  English: Good knowledge spoken and written
·  Good knowledge of Building Automation systems and relevant standards (Siemens systems a strong asset)
·  Proven diagnostic skills - able to systematically identify and resolve technical problems
·  Self-motivated and calm under pressure
·  Experience in delivering high quality customer service to a broad range of customers
·  Understanding of the Building Code as it pertains to Automation
·  ASP Construction training and course completed is an asset (Health and general safety on construction sites)
·  Drivers licence is essential
