What you will do for Siemens Smart Infrastructure:
In this multi-faceted role, you will work closely with customers to collect payment for invoices. You will be actively involved with team meetings to develop strategies on collecting. Additionally, you will provide customer service regarding collection issues, process customer refunds, process and review account adjustments, resolve client discrepancies and short payments.

Responsibilities

·  Execute collection plan for assigned accounts, including resolving any billing dispute and responsible for monitoring and maintaining assigned accounts.
·  Actively involved in customer calls, account adjustments, small balance write off, customer reconciliations and processing credit memos.
·  Communicate customer issues to Operations and/or Sales.
·  Recommend credit extensions and/or legal action where necessary and prepare customer statements and other financial reports.
·  Ensure timely and accurate cash application and process credit card payment and arrange payment plans with delinquent customers.

Qualifications

·  Minimum High School or GED completion
·  Accomplished 5-8 years’ experience with collections in the construction industry
·  Possess strong written and oral communications skills as well as excellent analytical skills
·  Proficiency in Microsoft Office tools especially Excel
·  Experience with SAP or other ERP system
·  Knowledge of Billing and Collections procedures

You are legally authorized for employment in the United States

Preferred Experience

Associate degree in Business or related experience
