This position is responsible for receiving and storing project materials, following the branch related processes. This person will also be responsible for tracking materials and insuring project delivery timelines are met for all projects This person will also be responsible for returning any warranty materials and tracking those orders through the Schneider Electric process. Prepares and processes documents required for return material authorizations..

· Prepares, distributes and maintains packing slips, airway bills and bills of lading.
· Processes shipments in the Schneider Electric Webportal, FedEx and UPS Computers
· Obtains delivery notices and shipping charges and provides those to the appropriate Building Service Resource Center Coordinator.
· Notifies project managers when shipments are available for pick up
· Tracks late or lost shipment
· Service Stock Inventory - if it exists - will maintain.
· Manage non-conforming materials per Corporate policy and process
· Manage bar code system, paperwork, logging it in, where applicable.
· Operate machinery - Walk behind forklift
· Fleet management assistant
· Facility maintenance coordination
· Other task as assigned

Desired profile



Qualifications :

Education:

· High school diploma or GED required

Skills and Experience:

· 2‐3 years prior similar experience

· Cleaning driving record

· Organized and multi-tasker

· Proficient in Microsoft Office programs including but not limited to Outlook, Excel and Teams

· Customer facing soft skills

· Strong verbal and written communication skills

· Team collaborator

· Process Driven

Physical Demands:

· Operate machinery – walk behind forklift

· Ability to lift 50lbs
