Job description

The VIE is an international program for young professionals between the age of 18 and 28 who are European Union nationals. In addition, the candidate cannot come from the country hosting the mission.

Main missions

·
Support transformation of factory's processes in line with SPS (Schneider Production System) standard evolutions.

·
Take part and Lead continuous improvement projects as Lean 6 sigma, Blitz Kaizen or SMED.

·
Define, quantify and propose productivity projects.

·
Participate to the Digitize transformation of the plant (CMMS deployment, MES specification & deployment, Digitize work instructions, augmented reality projects, …).

Desired profile

Qualifications :

Education: Master's Degree in Industrial or mechanical field.

Work experience preferred: industrial experience in a factory

Requested languages (marked as bilingual, fluent, well known, basic knowledge):

French – Mandatory

English – Working ability – Well known

Personal abilities or skills:

Pack Office mandatory, a plus for CAD software as Solidworks and Autocad.
