JSC NC “KazMunayGas” represented by the subsidiary “KMG Systems &Services” LLP and “Schneider Electric” Company, one of the world leaders in the field of energy management and industrial automation, established a joint venture -“KMG Automation” LLP. The new joint venture, using a local personnel, develops and implements the projects to automating the technological processes of the international standard for various industries in Kazakhstan and, above all for the oil & gas complexes.

Basic Scope of Duties:

The Technical commercial engineer is responsible for the technical support to the Sales team in identifying customer needs and requirements.Support for the sales plan model offers. Responsible for developing customer solution in the sales cycle, based on understanding customer needs and aligning those needs with the spectrum of product offerings. Shall support the sales team with the required information, communicate strategies effectively and support sales team in the entire liaison required. Accountable for clients relationships and Company sales.

Responsibilities:

· Products marketing in line with his responsibility area;

· Marketing strategic action plan creation and implementation;

· Support of sales team in customers relationships;

· Creation of offer portfolios and typical solutions in terms of responsibility area;

· Prescription of covered SWs and systems in further projects;

· Creation of value proposition for a client;

· Promotion of responsible products and solutions;

· Ensure all responsible products and solutions duly certified as per RoK, EAC Legislation;

· Active support to tender manager in – solution pitch / RFP studying / RFI studying / etc.;

· to participate in opportunity assessment, technical qualification, developing technical solutions, to support in proposal development, participation in review and feedback process, competitive positioning;

· Work closely with functions (such as Delivery team / Sales and Business Development team/ Legal team etc.) for creating a compelling technical solution / proposal;

· Provide ad hoc reports to Pre sales and Technical Director;

· Conduct research; generate and qualify products market analytics/research;

· Provide support in preparation of commercial estimations;

· Work with internal departments to help define / refine sales messages and ensure sales packages are developed and messages communicated to sales team;

· Responsible for preparing for meetings and understanding differentiators between the company and its competitors;

· Provide accurate and timely management information, to include - activity reports, technical bid reviews;

· Adhere to the Company's Quality and Business Processes;

· Ensuring the availability of documents required for sales (catalogues, passports, instructions, certificates);

Prepare and submit Budgetary Estimations if required

Qualifications :

Qualifications and Experience

· Experience in DCS-ESD application / SW / IT;

· Common knowledges of Process engineering and Business management for Oil&Gas / MMM industries;

· Work experience not less than 5 years with SW applications as MES (OSIPI), Data Bases and systems within the industries;

· Frameworks experience as .NET or equal is highly appreciated;

· Comfortable in a fast-paced, high-pressure, rapidly evolving entrepreneurial environment;

· Hands on experience in writing proposals and delivering customer presentation;

· Hard-working, detailed, quality and deliverable-oriented;

· Excellent communication and written skills;

· Excellent presentation skills.

· Self-Driven and Motivated;
