What do you get to do in this position?

The Commercial Operations Quotations Coordinator will monitor and manage the SE-Advantage quotation request queue.

Assign SE-Lead Standard quote requests to the appropriate Quotation Specialist. Administer quotation capacity by
utilizing internal tools; BID2WIN and SE-Advantage Proposal Calendar.
Works as an integral part of the Commercial Operations Quotations Team to support quotation activity within the assigned
sales region including:
· Monitor SE-Advantage quotation requests
· Review submitted quote documents
· Verifies project type: Standard, Solutions Fast Track or Solutions (plans & specs)
· Assigns Opportunity Leader as required
· Assigns Quote Specialist to Standard project opportunities
· Corresponds with customers, channel, sales etc. as needed.
· Offers and implements proactive quotation process improvements
· Works alongside Quote Specialist Managers & Quote Resource Managers to ensure an efficient and timely
quotation routing process
· Acts as quotation process resource, supporting SE Sales, Opportunity Leaders, Channel Sales and Customers
· Quote creation as time permits.
· Minor clerical functions as needed.

Qualifications :

This job might be for you if:

BSE or equivalent experience required, 1-2 years industry experience.

- The ideal candidate will be a self-motivated team player with good time management, verbal and written communication

skills.

- Must be able to effectively utilize company software programs/collaborative tools and have the ability to manage several

tasks simultaneously.

- Be able to work in a fast paced environment such as processing approximately 10,000 quotes per year.

Assigns Quote Specialist to Standard project opportunities
