Position Summary:

Project Support Assistant is a temporary role through the end of the Budget 2.0 Project - Phase 1 (approximately April 2020).

Responsibilities include supporting the CBMS/ACT (Advanced Calculation Tool) Meter System setup and migration of Excel based market calculators (regulated tariffs) as well as budget-based contracts into the ACT to increase the digitalization and automation of services. The services using/will use ACT are Invoice Recalculation and Budgets, respectively. As part of the setup and migration, this person will also be responsible for supporting the verification that the completed setup is correct by comparing to historical invoice(s). Additionally, this position is responsible for gaining an understanding of market nuances through collaboration with the assigned Regulated Market Analyst (regulated tariffs) or Sourcing Buyer (budget contracts), if needed, to allow for the correct construct in ACT.

Position responsibilities:
· Efficiently and effectively learn the required CBMS and ACT Modules necessary to complete all assigned tasks
· Setup CBMS/ACT Meter Systems and migrate Excel based market calculator to ACT, as assigned
· Prepare Excel bulk templates for rate information to upload
· Setup budget-based contracts within ACT, as assigned
· Follow all standard protocols developed for the build out of ACT
· Verify all rates built out in ACT correctly calculated as expected by comparing to historical invoice(s)
· Learn to troubleshoot errors that occur to be able to independently resolve
· Clearly and effectively collaborate (verbal and written form in the English language) with other ACT Migration team members, Regulated Market Analysts and/or Sourcing as needed
· Adhere to Schneider Electric processes and policies
· Request, gather and collect data as needed from external and internal sources
· Conduct research for ad-hoc requests as needed
· Report and document any needed system enhancements to the Director
· Other duties as assigned
