Our Field Service business provides 24/7 servicing for; hospitals, mining, utilities, data centres and just about everything in-between. The portfolio includes products and solutions from our Power Systems, Secure Power and Industrial Automation verticals. We enable owners, end users and custodians to minimise breakdowns, increase reliability, efficiency and safety while reducing costs and simplifying operations.

The key aims of this exciting technical/commercial hybrid role will be to support the sales and service technician teams on technical, product offer and quotations relating to power quality solutions. Through ongoing mentoring and training the sales and service technician teams this role will help to deliver growth of the power quality services business. In addition, this role will support power quality site audits with customers.

The successful profile will include:

· Electrical engineering qualifications complemented by a deep knowledge of national and international power quality standards
· Extensive experience in all power quality solutions including; digital metering, PME, LV PFC, AHF and voltage compensation systems
· Ability to analyse and interpret electrical waveforms & data, identify power quality issues and recommend commercially viable solutions
· Experienced performing power quality audits with portable and/or fixed power quality meters
· Highly developed customer engagement and relationship building skills with strong commercial acumen
· The ability and confidence to present at technical meetings, seminars and/or workshops; articulating power quality knowledge comprehensively
· Ability and willingness to commit to occasional regional travel and more infrequently, internationally
· Knowledgeable in LV electrical distribution, MCC, UPS's and VSD's
