Job description
Mission:
- To Ensure the parts, products, & process are conform to the specification.
- To Ensure the effective treatment of customer complaint.
- As a improvement leader by providing deep analysis until the root-cause and origin defect
Area of Responsibilities:
Parts are conform to the specification by :
1. Establishing, updating and reviewing inspection instructions.
2. Making a judgment and giving technical assistance on quality problem.
3. Following up with concerned people for the corrective and preventive actions
Assure the effective manufacturing process and finish goods to be conform to the specification by :
1. Establishing, updating and reviewing BCI.
2. Analyzing the quality level/problem.
3. Making a judgment and giving technical assistance on quality problems.
4. Informing to all concerned people about quality issues.
5. Defining the proper corrective action to avoid the same problem in the future including the preventive actions.
6. Training the Line Inspector/ Acting Line Inspector & Final QC Inspector.
7. Performing products & process audit.
8. Provide deep analysis for the FPY result until origin of problem.
Follow up effectively the status of customer claims and/or corrective actions by :
1. Informing promptly about quality issue to the concerned persons.
2. Making a right judgment of the customer complaints and/or Corrective actions consequence.
3. Defining an accurate and fast responses to the customer.
4. Evaluating the effectiveness of corrective actions.
5. Follow up the action until closure.
Assure the qualification or re-qualification of the products, process and process facilities by deciding a proper judgment with concerned department on the status of products, process and process facilities according to qualification procedure.
Education:
Diploma or Degree in Mechanical / Electrical / Electronic Engineering or equivalent
Experience:
2 - 5 years experience quality
