Offer Architect (Solar/Battery)- Alternate Energy Systems

· Assist the final distribution marketing team in the offer segmentation and definition specifically for integration of alternate energy and storage systems, and connected offers. Assist with roadmap evolution.

· Participates in VoC activities in order to help establish customer requirements for projects and to identify trends.

· Challenges and translates marketing requirements into structured technical requirements (functional view).

· Creates high level product design options during predevelopment and evaluates against customer needs.

· Evaluates and recommends partnership opportunities to fulfill the offer vision when internal development is not the best option.

· Provides direction to PDL's on specific product developments to ensure consistency. Is the lead FD Technical reference for alternate energy and storage systems and connected offers designs and performance.

· Provides input to drive technology activity consistent with FD LoB needs within field of expertise.

· Works with Partner System Architects to define parts of systems requiring consistency outside of the FD systems. The Partner Systems Architects work across LoBs and BUs.

· Works with Segment Architects to define FD product and system evolution to meet their needs.

· Works with Innovation/Incubation teams regarding technology and potential partnerships relevant to the FD LoB.

· Participates in relevant standards bodies to track/drive evolving standards, and acts as the reference for his products.

· Competitor analysis for your scope

· Customer support (travel to customers with offer marketing, support to business)

· Patent management (define competitors / topics to watch, animate IP creation within the lob, portfolio management and recommendations)

Desired profile

Qualifications :

·  BSEE required
·  15+ years' of experience in alternate energy field
·  Ideal candidate must have experience with offer development, offer creation and/or offer application
