Maintenance Technician (Contract) - Based at Penjuru

Role will be based at Penjuru

What you will do:

· Inspect facility, electrical equipment, wiring, fixtures and other components to ensure they remain functional and up to standards
· Perform maintenance and repair work of electrical systems, equipment and machines
· Determine the reasons for any malfunctions for corrective/preventive actions
· Develop and implement preventive maintenance procedures
· Maintain inventory records for equipment and supplies
· Document maintenance procedures and work instructions
· Use analytical tools and software to monitor performance and improve OEE (Overall Equipment Effectiveness)
· Interface with suppliers for calibration and maintenance schedules
· Perform general maintenance tasks such as landscaping and painting
· Maintain a clean and safe work environment
· Support digitalization and smart factory initiatives

Desired profile

Qualifications :

Experience and skills we are looking for:
·  Diploma/Degree in Electrical Engineering or equivalent
·  Knowledge of electrical systems and general maintenance processes
·  Sufficient familiarity with schematic and electrical diagrams/illustrations
·  Applicable knowledge of tools, common appliances and devices
·  Available to work overtime including weekends and evenings when required
·  Able to deliver and work well with minimal supervision
·  Commit to comply with all safety standards and regulations at all times
