Main activities

·
Enforce safety & health rules & 5S

·
Is the expert representative of a specific technology in the plant

·
Define predictive maintenance, preventive, corrective complex operations requiring the use of a wide field of expertise

·
Keep updated of the preventive actions and reports in SAP maintenance module

·
Decide, prioritise & implement with manufacturing the maintenance actions plan in order to maintain machines original state

·
Manage the TPM on the whole process to increase the reliability and availability of workstations, production lines

·
Manage the technical aspects for capability of all internal & external tools under responsibility of the plant

·
Organize the intervention for implementation and ramp up of new workstations or production line

Desired profile

Qualifications :

Expectations

· 
Engineering degree (e.g. electrical engineer, automation engineer, mechatronic engineer)

· 
Solid electrotechnical knowledge and experience (machine maintenance field)

· 
Experience in operating and maintaining of automatic machines

· 
PLC programming knowledge (experience in Schneider PLC programming language is preferred)

· 
LEAN manufacturing concepts knowledge

· 
English and Hungarian language knowledge (min. intermediate level)

· 
Excellent communication skills
