Job description
Reporting to the Marketing Manager Refrigeration Systems, He/She will be responsible for the assigned product lines in the Supermarkets solutions range.
He/She will work on every phase trough the life of the products and will contribute to their success by collaborating with all the major stakeholders.
MAIN ACTIVITIES
· Responsible for managing the assigned product lines lifecycle through structured review and prioritization process,
· Analyze and summarize the performance of his%5Cher product lines and coordinate activities to achieve the budget goals,
· Monitor and benchmark market trends, voice of customers, competitors across the addressed and prospect markets worldwide,
· Identify new products and market opportunities for his%5Cher product family,
· Responsible for the preparation and submission of Business Plans for new product introductions with detailed figures, requirements, value proposition, product positioning, pricing, launch activities and promotions,
· Collaborate with internal and partner Communication departments providing key information to prepare communication tools for products launch, promotion, catalogues and events,
· Organize and present his%5Cher products to sales force, customers and prospects across the organization branches, exhibitions and events, with international scope.
Desired profile
Qualifications :
REQUIREMENTS
· University degree in Economics or Engineering,
· At least 5+ years working experience in B2B Product Management functions with international exposure in the Commercial Refrigeration equipment, systems or controls for supermarkets and industrial application segments,
· Able to interact with most company functions, especially R&D, Sales, Support and operations in a complex global organization,
· Strong organizational and communicational skills, able to work effectively in a demanding working environment,
· Great analytical, problem solving skills and new ideas generator,
· Negotiation skills, commitment and high motivation in achieving results,
· Fluent in English, appreciated the knowledge of a second foreign language,
· Availability to travel internationally up to 30% of time,
· Experience in service selling and IoT will be considered as a plus.
