Junior Business Analyst/ IT Support Intern

We are currently seeking a candidate to fill a long term Junior Business Analyst/ IT support role. This is a great entry level position for those interested in a career as a software business analyst. The person will join the Digital Customer Experience team. He/she will be working on a project for both the B2C and B2B helping the end users locate and reach our partners and distributes.

What you will do:
· Work in an agile environment with software development teams to create, clarify and define user stories through constant collaboration and a user-centered approach.
· Collaborate with Software Developers and Product Management as well as business users/owners
· Related activities include performing integrated testing, functional testing, non-functional testing, regression testing, and performance testing.
· Ensure that User stories meets acceptance criteria and includes business logic as well as expected user behavior.
· Support User Acceptance Tests (UAT), prepare associated documentation, and participate in formal and informal reviews.

Qualifications :

If you have:
·  Good English and Polish skills in writing and speaking
·  Goal oriented and consistency in action
·  Advanced skill set with Microsoft Office
·  Salesforce and/or Jira knowledge will be a plus
·  Availability to work 25 h per week as minimum
·  High organizational skills
·  Problem solving attitude
