What do you get to do in this position?

Review, route and monitor new Onboarding and International Transfer Queue & route received tickets

·
Handle onboarding tickets to provide new assets for new employees scheduling the delivery date and providing the correct type of asset according to the employee profile.

·
Update new hire Audit NAM daily and report any issues with new hires information

·
Daily check of New hire and International transfer ticket completion-escalate as needed to my manager

·
Participate in the Client Lifecycle Management work stream to improve new employee's Day 1 experience at NAM.
