Job Description:

The role will handle day to day HR operations such as labor relations, talent management, recruitment, compensation and benefits, Human Resource Information System, Employee Mobility, as well as Salary Review and Performance Bonus Administration. Should also know how to provide high quality leadership and manage an effective and efficient HR Operations function which delivers proactive and business focused HR Services, on-boarding activities, Employee Relations and systems such as Human Resource Information System.

Key Responsibilities:

• Human resource management and development including strategic positioning of human resources, recruitment, mobility and cultural integration management within the territory, expatriation administration, talent management including career path planning especially for the high potentials, training employee/union relations, and employment retention..
• Ensure consistency of HR policies and develop policies applicable to the territory in conjunction with the country management team with guidance from Country Human Resource Director.
• Establish communication channel for feedback, policy development and evaluation, and for effecting change.
• Maintain good relations with government authorities relating to HR matters. Interface strongly between the Divisions/Departments.
• Manage organizational changes from the HR perspectives and cultural integration of diverse groups.
• Ensure outstanding service to all customers and stake holders in all aspects of Compensation and Benefits administration, HR Information System, Employee Mobility, Learning and Development.
• Ensure that the established Service Level Agreements with the internal customers are met.
• Support and drive regional and global projects.Responsible for talent management ensuring a robust talent review process and systems are implemented.

Desired profile



Qualifications :

Bachelors Degree or Diploma in Human Resources Management.

• 7+ years experience in an HR Generalist position or similar, 3 years of which in a leadership capacity.

• Multinational exposure preferred

• Familiarity with Oracle HR Information System an advantage

• Strong knowledge of local employment law.

• Strong communicator, both written and verbal.
