What do you get to do in this position?

· Act as trusted advisor and provide advice and coaching to business leaders on HR strategies and actions
· Steer the implementation of change management operations: ensure leadership has good HR postures by communicating, training, and guiding them through the HR strategy (including processes, tools and systems)
· Support leadership in maximizing workforce efficiency while increasing organization capability, through strong resource planning
· Focus on execution of business strategy by aligning HR systems to help accomplish the organization vision and mission, together with the operational needs through monthly operations reviews

This job might be for you if:

· Bachelor's degree with 7+ years of progressive HR and business experience (preferably global experience)

· Demonstrate a history of high performance and delivery; highly accountable and results oriented

· Able to make sound business decisions within a fast-paced working environment while focusing on overall business goals and strategy

· Demonstrate a successful track record of defining and implementing HR initiatives with a clear impact on the performance and effectiveness of the organization

· Strong leadership skills: collaboration, communication, influence, drive for results, effective planning / prioritization, project management

· Able to solve complex issues and drive initiatives, relating to employees of all levels

·
