FP&A CONTROLLER – GLOBAL SUPPLY CHAIN EUROPE LOGISTICS

Location: Warsaw

We are building new FP&A structure in our existing Global Finance Competency Center located in Warsaw.

We are looking now for FP&A Controller for Global Supply Chain Europe Logistics to:

·
Assure high level of transparency of our Financial Performance with the focus on Logistics volumes, Transports costs, Gross Margin and Base Costs from statutory, Business and CCO perspective and challenge Distribution Centers on the consistency of their analysis, follow up and calculation of CEFIV, DLE

·
Calculate on quarterly basis the logistics costs on Sales and explain the variation

·
Manage the main GSC Europe performance process (AOC) in connection with the Europe and Central Teams

·
Optimize and simplify processes and support all logistics transformation projects team

·
Co-ordinate the Key Internal Control process for the region with the Regional team

· Animate and coordinate the IDB Campaign

What you will do:
·
Secure a high quality and transparency of our Financial performance by Business, Statutory and from CCO perspective

·
Analyze the monthly and Forecast P&L and AOC and challenge the consistency of the main drivers with support of the DC FBPs.

·
Contribute to the Global Supply Chain Logistics Business Review

·
Train and support DC Controllers on Performance Measurement methodology and analysis (Stat GM to CCO GM)

·
Support integration of new entities joining the scope

·
Document specific rules not covered in Group handbooks with the support of Logistics Cluster FBP

·
Be Single point of contact and expert on SMART CCO and address all logistics need under the finance transformation

·
Encourage working groups by sharing their knowledge and implement best practices and support the finance transformation and digitization

·
Participate and support transversal projects on demand

· Be Partner on different organization levels to lead the quarterly rolling forecasts, improve efficiency of our processes and act as proactive change agent for the region

Desired profile



Qualifications :

Experience and skills we are looking for:

·  University or Business School master's degree
·  Minimum 5 years working experience in Controlling
·  Good knowledge in cost accounting and in IAS/ IFRS rules
·  FICO knowledge as well as advanced knowledge in Microsoft Office, Excel, HFM, Essbase, BI and Digital expert or advanced user
·  High analytic skills to construct/execute complex analysis
·  Experience in Product Industrial Costing (Full cost, Activity Based Costing)
·  Leadership and team-player attitude
·  Open minded, flexible and business orientated, straightforward, challenged, passionate and effective
·  Continuous improvement approach and change management attitude
·  Proven written and verbal communication and presentation skill
·  Must be self-motivated, proactive and creative
·  Fluent in English
