We're looking for Office Assistant located in Warsaw, Poland. The person will work in the multinational environment while being dedicated to one of Schneider's biggest teams of business supporting functions: Financial Shared Service (FiSS).
What you will do:
· Booking of flying tickets for the organization, expensing of travel cost for FISS top management
· Management of external visits (organization, coordination of visits, cooperation with other FISS centres)
· Management of internal communication within FISS
· Management of well-being initiatives within FISS and tight cooperation with other well-being coordinators within legal entity
· Support in reception desk duties and playing back up in case of colleague's absences
· Other ad hoc activities
Desired profile
Qualifications :
If you have:
· Fluent English (spoken and written)
· Knowledge of Microsoft Office (Excel, Power Point)
· High level of self-organization and self-dependency
· Open and creative attitude
· Advanced communication skills
· Experience on the similar position, in the international company will be an asset
· University degree will be an asset
