Responsibilities

• Develop sales plan and achieve performance / sales target for installed based services product and advanced services
• Following up on leads on prospective customers
• Communicate, measure and drive service sales strategy
• Actively promote assigned / own products and services
• Effective sourcing and procurement of various kinds of materials through different channels that comply with customer requirements
• Supplier management by monitoring validated suppliers on accuracy of products, delivery and associated services
• Drive service sales revenue reviews
• Execute and participate in service sales tenders
• Educate the product and channel management on how to position and sell services
• Execute training programs for service sales channels and their teams
• Handle customer's inquiries and concerns customers
• Follow up on delivery and after-sales service

Desired profile



Qualifications :

Qualifications

• Diploma/Degree in Engineering
• At least 5 years sales experience in the IT/UPS industry
• Proven skills in the areas of strategic planning and operational excellence
• Demonstrates methodical work organization
• Possess ability to interpret financial data in reference to COGS
• Experience as a team leader will be an advantage
• Experience in a technical role from the UPS industry will be an advantage
• Strong communication skills – both written and verbal in technical and non-technical environment
• Excellent presentation and interpersonal skills
• Effective time management skills
