Job Purpose Summary:

The Field Service Representative will be responsible for meeting the daily service maintenance and ensuring proper repair of the customer's equipment. Your role will also include to establish and maintain proper business relationships with customers and peers as well as performing necessary administrative duties as required.

Working as a member of the local services team to provide efficient service delivery to all customers assigned

Perform troubleshooting, installation, maintenance and repair on customers' equipment

Meeting the Health and Safety requirements and/or all other applicable regulatory requirements.

Desired profile

Qualifications :

Requirements:

- Technical University degree, Electrical engineering specialization preferred

- 2 or more years' experience in servicing electrical equipment

- Good knowledge related to:

•Communication protocols for Industry (ex. Modbus, Ethernet .. etc)

•Industrial automation, sensors and operating principles

- A plus is considered knowledge for Schneider Electric products: soft-starters, variable speed drives, electric vehicle charging solutions

- Intermediate English level

- Good knowledge of Microsoft Office package

- Attention to detail

- B driving license
