Field Service Engineer (Digital Energy)

Job description
• To provide technical support to fulfil warranty objectives requirement
• To ensure that site intervention, repairs, remedy works & equipment commissioning is timely completed in order to meet customer request
• To organize & coordinate schedule of Service jobs are effectively carry out
• To ensure that daily time follow-up forms & services reports are timely submitted
• To maintain efficient & quality services to meet Department Objectives
• To organize work processes to improve services respond time to customers
• To maintain effective communication on Projects & after-Sales support in order to meet customer satisfaction
• To maintain good customer relationship and feedback whatever customer needs and comment to sales and management
• To provide proper analysis & quality report of defects to customer to enable the improvement of quality of services
• To maintain quality work & on-time delivery
• To maintain all safety gear issued and test equipment to their standard of use
• Ensure compliance with all safety policies, practices and procedures at all times.
• Promote good customer relations
Desired profile
Qualifications :
• Diploma or Degree in Engineering, Building Services
• At least 2 to 4 years industry experience in BMS/PLC/SCADA
• Experience in programming and trouble shooting on DDC and HVAC system
• Good technical problem solving skills and knowledge
• Ability to diagnose problem and recommend solution
