What do you get to do in this position?
·
Analyze, troubleshoot and resolve technical problems brought to us by customers, Application Engineers, Sales personnel and Engineering.

·
Track cases with entries in our CRM system.

·
Grow competencies of Advanced Tech Support Teams and Country Operations.

·
Provide customer inputs by contributing knowledge of customer applications, user information requirements, test scenarios and typical use-cases, and occasional participation in actual development and test cycles.

·
Act as a Business Partner by collaborating through digital collaboration tools.

Desired profile



Qualifications :

This job might be for you if:
·  You have a Bachelor's or Master's degree in Electrical Engineering, or a considerable amount of experience that may preclude the need for a degree.
·  Preferably 5+ years in electricity distribution, protection relays, or related industry.
·  Knowledge of power systems, protection relay applications, electrical network control technologies, and communication networks.
·  Knowledge of IEC61850 will be a big plus.
·  Previous experience in protection relay applications, on-site commissioning, or projects will be a plus

This is an exciting opportunity for an experienced engineer to join our Prague, Czech Republic based team. This position reports to the Expert Technical Support and Customer Experience Manager and is responsible for the support of Protection Relays within Customer Satisfaction and Quality.
