Job description

This position is accountable for managing small / medium scale Customer project orders, from start to finish, so that it is completed on time and within budget. This includes initiating, planning, executing, controlling and closing of customer projects. Under section head supervision this position confirms customer requirements, which includes drawings, specifications, job site requirements, bill of material alignment with specifications & clarify exceptions. Manages complete job process from order preparation, thru manufacturing release, product shipment, post shipment support.

Key Responsibilities:

· Study and analyze customer specifications
· Reviewing and validating technical offers
· Leading switchgears design process through interfacing with SE Factories, SE PM and Customer representative
· Verification and validation of all factory submittals
· SLD, GA, Cable Entry, Civil Instructions, Nameplate
· Schematic Diagrams
· Logic diagrams
· Interconnection Terminal Block Diagram
· Inspection Testing Plan (ITP)
· Factory acceptance Testing Procedure (FAT)
· Commissioning Spare Parts
· Painting Instructions
· Packing Instructions
· Providing all the needed calculations and documentation to verify design conformity
· CT/VT Calculation
· DC calculations
· AC calculations
· Heat dissipation calculations
· Switchgears surge arrester calculation
· Switchgears datasheets.
· Manufacturer Data book
· Test Report Book
· CRS
· Attending and supporting FAT activities
· Attending and supporting in all technical meetings through project life cycle
· Supporting site operation team with any required information

Desired profile

Qualifications :

Requirements:

·  Bachelor degree of Electrical Power engineering
·  2-4 Relevant years of experience required mainly in the electrical distribution
·  Previous experience in secondary distribution projects with national grid especially in distribution kiosks
·  Ring main unit (engineering, operation, commissioning and installation)
·  Medium voltage cables selection, sizing, termination and testing
·  Distribution transformers selection, sizing and installation
·  Excellent command of English
·  Professional user of Microsoft Office
