What do you get to do in this position?

(1) IT Asset Management - hardware and software

(2) Guide and support projects and platforms on the proper financial approach (budget, business case, cost-benefit analysis…) from specifications to contract and procurement

(3) Maintain vendor database and contract information including renewal calendars

(4) Evaluate supplier proposals, costs, and quality

(5) Work with Purchasing and Finance on contract and PO requests per policy

Desired profile

Qualifications :

This job might be for you if:




· 
Understand basic software licensing models and software asset management

· 
Must be majoring in Business or Finance

· 
Able to understand project or platform needs and translate them into specifications as Statement of Work

·  Knowledgeable on financial and budgetary terms and practices
·  Strong communication and collaboration skills
·  French language skill is a plus
